Hidden rooms you can walk into
The Underground House has a secret vault behind its living room TV, opened with a button that slides the wall away, and it does not need any gamepass to reach. St Lukes Hospital hides a room too: go into the X ray room, jump behind the skeleton image on the wall, and you will pass through into a hidden space with another button underneath the desk. Under the yacht at Lake Madison there's a weapons room: spawn a yacht, head to the lower deck, walk into the bathroom, and go through the shower wall to phase into a room lined with weapon racks.
Easter eggs with real stories behind them
At Brookhaven Cemetery, jump into the third grave from the left to find a coffin marked as property of the Agency, a nod to the game's background lore. At Haven Plaza, head up to Rosie's Gym and look at the wall near the desk for an angel version of Rosie the Cat, a tribute developer Wolfpaq added for a real cat belonging to content creator OnlyOneGam3r, who passed away.
