How to Survive Seek in Doors

Seek is a timed chase, not a hiding puzzle. It triggers around Door 30 to 40 and again near Door 80 to 90, and the only way through is to sprint toward the glowing light, dodge whatever is in your path, and keep moving until the sequence ends.

When Seek shows up

Seek triggers a forced chase sequence, most players see it for the first time somewhere around Door 30 to 40, then again in a longer form near Door 80 to 90. Once it starts, hiding is not an option, you have to run.

How to get through the chase

Follow the small glowing light ahead of you, it marks the safe path through the sequence. Duck under obstacles instead of trying to dodge around them, ducking is faster and keeps you in the light's path. Do not stop to look back, every second spent hesitating is a second Seek closes the gap.

Items that help

Vitamins give you a speed boost that's built for exactly this kind of chase, pop them as soon as the chase starts rather than midway through so the boost has time to kick in. A Crucifix can stun Seek if it gets close, but it's usually smarter to save the Crucifix for Figure since Seek is survivable with speed alone.
