Jujutsu Shenanigans Controls: Every Keybind Explained

On PC, Jujutsu Shenanigans uses WASD to move, M1 for your basic combo, Q to dash, F to block, 1 through 4 for your style's skills, R for your special, G to awaken and Spacebar to jump. A beginner guide to the game calls Q, the dash key, the most important button in the game, since it covers your movement, your neutral game and your ragdoll cancel all at once.

WASD moves your character, and tapping W twice starts a sprint. M1 throws your basic melee combo. Q dashes, and is also the key you hold down for a ragdoll cancel. F blocks incoming attacks. Number keys 1 through 4 use your style's individual skills. R triggers your special move, G activates your awakening ultimate once it is available, and Spacebar jumps.

Why the dash key is the most important one

A beginner guide to the game singles out Q as the single most important button, and it is easy to see why once you count how many things it does. It is your main way to close distance and open distance in neutral, it is how you weave in and out of an opponent's attack range, and it is the same button used to ragdoll cancel out of a combo. Getting comfortable with dash timing does more for your win rate early on than memorizing extra combos.

Status effects to watch for

Beyond movement and attacks, watch your status bar. Poison deals damage over time, Bleed stacks into a worse effect called Hemorrhage, Concussion disables your abilities for a short window, and Daze blocks you from dashing, though it does not stop a ragdoll cancel specifically. Knowing which status you are under tells you whether you can safely dash away or need to block instead.
