10BILLION marks a real milestone, and it expires with the event
Dress to Impress crossed 10 billion visits on September 5, 2026, and developer Gigi's team marked it with the 10B Party, an in-game event running from 11am ET that day through 11am ET on September 19, per AllThings.How's September 6 update guide, which also confirms the update shipped as game version V2.0.7. Redeem 10BILLION through the code menu, the bag icon in the bottom left of the dressing room, and it unlocks a silver, fork shaped wand accessory with a pink bow, called the Heart Fork on Beebom's tracker. Past milestone codes tied to a specific visit count have gone dead once their event closed, so redeem it before September 19 rather than assuming it will still work afterward.
The mini-quest gives you three more items, and they don't disappear with it
The same update added a Freeplay mini-quest tied to the celebration. AllThings.How reports it awards a cake themed dress, a matching hairstyle and a wand accessory, and that all three stay in your wardrobe permanently even after the mini-quest itself disappears once the event window closes. It is not fully clear from any source checked for this piece whether the mini-quest's wand accessory is the same Heart Fork the 10BILLION code hands out or a separate item, so treat that detail as unconfirmed until Gigi's team or a tracker spells it out directly.
The other 32 active codes, and where two trackers disagree

PocketGamer's September 1 list, four days older, disagrees on two of them: it has PROUD as active, which Beebom marks expired, and lists CH00P1E_B4CK_AGA1N as the working Choopie code where Beebom instead has CH00P1E_1S_B4CK, a different code string entirely. Since Beebom's check is the more recent of the two, this piece follows Beebom where the two conflict, but if either PROUD or CH00P1E_B4CK_AGA1N still redeems for you, the gap between the two trackers is why.
28 codes are confirmed expired, not deleted
Beebom's tracker separately lists 28 dead codes, including PROUD, FACECARD, BADDIE4LIFE, 2026BADDIES, CUPIDSCLOUD, RDC2025, HAPPYNEWYEAR and VALENTINESDAY among older, mostly seasonal drops. A few, including FACECARD, ELPHABA and GLINDA, expired before Beebom recorded what they gave, so their rewards are logged as unknown rather than guessed at. None of these work anymore, they are kept on record rather than dropped so the list stays honest about what used to exist.

Codes are case sensitive, so copy and paste where you can rather than retyping. Two on the active list are specifically built to be mistyped: CH00P1E_1S_B4CK and S3M_0W3N_Y4Y both use the digit 0 in place of the letter O, and CH00P1E_1S_B4CK also uses the digit 1 for the letter I.

Neither Beebom nor PocketGamer has explained why they disagree on PROUD and the two Choopie codes specifically, rather than just being a few days apart. AllThings.How's own events page notes roughly 390,000 players opted in for notifications about the 10B Party, but that is a notification signup count, not a completion count for the mini-quest, and nobody has published how many players have actually finished it.
