How to Get the Crane and Unlock the Sakura Incubator in Steal an Egg

You unlock the Sakura Incubator by hatching a Crane, an Epic pet found only in the Cherry Blossom biome, then delivering it to the Incubator. The Crane is used up in the process, but the Incubator stays unlocked on your account forever.

Find and steal the Crane egg

The Crane egg has a pink top with dark purple lines around the center, and it only spawns in Cherry Blossom. Games.gg recommends having at least 2.9 to 3.5 billion Speed before you try for it, well above the biome's 2.5 billion minimum, since you need to outrun the Kitsune guardian on the way back.

Deliver it to the Incubator once hatched

Hatch the Crane egg at your base like any other egg, then bring the Crane itself to the Sakura Incubator at the end of the Cherry Blossom path. It gets consumed permanently, but per games.gg you never need a second one, the Incubator unlock is a one time, permanent upgrade.

What the unlocked Incubator does

Once unlocked, the Incubator triggers the Great Bloom event roughly every 30 minutes for a 3 minute window, spawning Cherry Blossom trees you can harvest for Crystals. Games.gg reports a mutation attempt costs 1,000 to 1,500 Crystals, and each attempt can land Bloom or the much rarer Spirit Bloom.

FAQ

Do you lose the Crane forever after unlocking the Sakura Incubator?

Yes, the Crane is consumed the moment it unlocks the Incubator for your account. You do not need to keep a Crane around or sacrifice another one, the unlock is permanent.
