Silver, Golden and Rainbow spawn naturally
These three mutations can appear on any egg you find out in a biome, and you can spot them by a shell color change before you even pick the egg up. Silver multiplies income by about 1.25x, Golden by 2x and Rainbow by 2.5x.
Bloom and Spirit Bloom come from the Sakura Incubator
These two only come from the Sakura Incubator in the Cherry Blossom biome, which applies a mutation to your best egg before it hatches. Per games.gg, Bloom lands about 97.5% of the time and Spirit Bloom the remaining 2.5%, and Spirit Bloom's 3x is the strongest multiplier in the game right now.
Mutation and size stack separately
Size, shown as a weight in kilograms, is a completely different bonus from mutation. A pet can roll a Huge size and a mutation like Rainbow at the same time, and both bonuses apply on top of each other, which is where the biggest income jumps come from.
