Renamed from Haikyuu Legends in 2025
The game launched as Haikyuu Legends, built around the Haikyuu!! anime's volleyball style. In February 2025, developer Volleyball Game Group renamed it Volleyball Legends so players who had never seen the anime would still know what the game was about from the title alone. The gameplay, Styles and codes system carried over under the new name, it is the same game.
How a rally plays out
On the ground you bump the ball with a click to pass it, then press Q to set it into the air for a teammate. Once the ball is in the air, clicking again spikes it with full force, holding Ctrl dives for a ball you can't reach standing up, and once your Ability bar fills up, pressing F unleashes your Style's special move.
