How stars actually work
Stars come from the 1 to 5 rating other players give your outfit after each round, and they add up over your whole time playing, they never reset between sessions. A single strong round with a full room of players can hand you far more stars than several rounds played half empty, so playing in busier lobbies speeds up your climb.
What changes when you rank up
Higher ranks are mostly a visible badge of experience next to your name, they show other players you know what you're doing before the round even starts. The jump between ranks gets a lot bigger as you climb, the run from New Model to Glamourista takes 1,500 stars total, while Trend Setter alone spans 9,000 stars on its own.
FAQ
Is there a rank above Top Model in Dress to Impress?
Not as a separate named tier. Once you pass 25,000 lifetime stars you hold the Top Model rank permanently and your star count simply keeps climbing from there.
