Where to find the Salon Room
The nail station moved after a game update, it now lives inside the Salon Room with the Lana NPC rather than at the old bulletin board setup. Walk up to Lana's chair and press E to sit down and open the nail menu.
Default nails versus Baddie Nails
You get two length options once you're in the chair: Default, which is a shorter, more realistic length, and Baddie Nails, which gives you the longest nails in the game. Baddie Nails suit loud, dramatic themes, but they can look out of place on a plain or minimal outfit, so match the length to the theme, not just to what looks flashiest.
Matching the color and pattern
Once you've picked a length, you can choose a nail color and pattern from the same menu. Pulling the nail color from somewhere already in your outfit, a bag, a bow, a lip color, reads as more intentional than picking a random shade.
