Why 1x1x1x1 tops the list
1x1x1x1 unlocks for 1,250 Player Points and stacks three strong abilities together. Mass Infection deals area damage and poisons anyone caught in it. Unstable Eye reveals every Survivor's location at once and gives 1x1x1x1 a speed boost. And it can resurrect downed Survivors to fight on its side, which most other Killers simply can't do.
The rest of the S and A tier
Behind 1x1x1x1, Gamerant places John Doe and C00lkidd in A tier. John Doe traps loops with shadow traps and can reveal the whole team's location with 404 Error. C00lkidd hits hard with a projectile that pierces and slows, plus a burning speed dash. The Slasher, Forsaken's free starting Killer, sits a tier below but is still solid: Raging Pace doubles its walk speed and reveals nearby Survivor auras for 14 seconds.
