How to Craft a Chroma Seer in Murder Mystery 2
You cannot buy a Chroma Seer or get one from a code. You craft it by salvaging weapons up the rarity chain until you have 10 Godly Shards and 10 Godly Metal, then using the Random Painted Seer recipe. Chroma is one of six possible colors that recipe can produce, and it is by far the rarest one.

The full salvage chain
Crafting in Murder Mystery 2 climbs a ladder. Salvage 12 Common weapons for a Random Uncommon, 12 Uncommon for a Random Rare, 12 Rare for a Random Legendary, then use 20 Legendary shards for a guaranteed Seer, according to bloxswaps' crafting guide. That is a lot of salvaging, so most players build up shards over weeks, not in one sitting.
The Godly Metal and Godly Shard step
Godly Metal only comes from salvaging a Seer, so you need at least one Seer before you can start this step. Godly Shards come from salvaging other Godly weapons. Once you have 10 of each, the Random Painted Seer recipe unlocks.
How rare is Chroma, really
The Random Painted Seer craft produces one of six colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Purple or Chroma. Chroma is the rarest of the six by design, and some trackers put the odds at around 0.3 percent per craft, though Nikilis has never published an official rate. Expect to craft several Painted Seers, maybe dozens, before Chroma shows up. Treat every attempt as a long shot and do not sink your last Godly into a single craft hoping for the best.
