GTA 6 Port Gellhorn: everything Rockstar has actually shown

Port Gellhorn is one of six named regions of GTA 6's Leonida, a declining west coast resort town Rockstar's own marketing calls "Leonida's forgotten coast." Rockstar has confirmed it across both trailers, several rounds of official screenshots, a namesake raceway shown actually racing in the August 2026 Extended Look, and a brief look inside the Delights strip club. A separate run of CyberLeek leaks in August 2026 showed additional unreleased footage from inside Delights and a nearby gas station that Rockstar has not itself published.

What Port Gellhorn actually is

Port Gellhorn is one of six regions Rockstar named for the state of Leonida in GTA 6, alongside Vice City, the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park, all named in Rockstar's second trailer on May 6, 2025. Rockstar's own postcard copy for the town reads: "This is Leonida's forgotten coast. Cheap motels, shut-down attractions, and empty strip malls won't bring the tourists back, but there's a new economy in this once-popular vacation spot. It's fueled by malt liquor, painkillers, and truck stop energy drinks. Jump on a dirt bike and hold onto your wallet." The town sits on Leonida's west coast, across the state from Vice City. Fan reference site GTA Wiki places it in Kelly County, a name that traces back to the September 2022 Rockstar leak rather than to anything Rockstar has published itself, so treat the county label as reported, not official. The name Port Gellhorn nods to Martha Gellhorn, the war correspondent who covered the 1989 US invasion of Panama, combined with Port, echoing the real Port Charlotte, Florida. Its real world model is Panama City, Florida, and the neighboring Bay County towns of Parker, Callaway and Springfield. For how Port Gellhorn fits into the rest of Leonida, this site has a separate region by region breakdown covering all six named areas. This post stays inside Port Gellhorn itself.

What Rockstar has actually shown, trailer by trailer

Port Gellhorn debuted in Rockstar's first reveal trailer in December 2023, in a brief shot of a pawn shop and a liquor store. It returned with far more screen time in the second trailer on May 6, 2025, which pulled in more than 475 million views in its first 24 hours, Rockstar's own biggest video launch to date. That trailer put Jason and Lucia inside the town's Starlet Motel, used as one of the pair's safehouses, and showed a car chase through Port Gellhorn's streets before cutting to a partial view of the Bocamar Bridge in the distance behind Lucia's convertible. Rockstar has followed the trailers with several batches of official screenshots: an initial set alongside the May 6, 2025 trailer, a second batch on June 24, 2026 ahead of preorders opening the next day, and 29 more images on August 31, 2026 that GTA BOOM reported included a wide aerial shot captioned in Rockstar's own gallery as Port Gellhorn stretching toward the coast at sunset. Across these releases Rockstar has shown the town's motel row, its seaport, the Delights strip club sign and, briefly, a bartender inside Delights in the August 27, 2026 Extended Look, plus the Starlet Motel complex again at the 25:58 mark of that same video, this time with a small crowd gathered outside.

The Bocamar Bridge and the town's Panama City roots

The Bocamar Bridge is Rockstar's version of the real Sunshine Skyway Bridge across Tampa Bay, and it is the clearest single landmark Rockstar has put on screen for Port Gellhorn, even though it only gets a few seconds of trailer time. The name combines the Spanish boca and mar, mouth of the sea. The rest of the town leans on Panama City rather than Tampa. Uncle Jack's Liquor, a store Rockstar shows in the Crossroad Park Minimall along the town's Interstate 404, is a direct rendition of Big Daddy's Wine and Liquors, a real South Florida chain, and the specific Port Gellhorn branch is modeled on a storefront that once stood in the real Callaway Village Square strip mall in Callaway, Florida, a building Hurricane Michael destroyed in 2018. Rockstar rebuilding a demolished Bay County strip mall inside Port Gellhorn is a good sign of how specifically the town is scouted, not a generic beach town composite.

Gellhorn International Raceway

Rockstar has confirmed a racing venue named after the town exists in the game, without ever showing its full layout. Lucia wears merchandise printed with "Gellhorn International" in the second trailer, and the August 27, 2026 Extended Look includes racing gameplay consistent with the venue. That is the extent of what Rockstar itself has put on screen. Everything about the raceway's shape comes from elsewhere. It first surfaced in the September 2022 Rockstar leak, visible on a top down debug map from Rockstar's own AI World Editor tool and named Port Gellhorn Raceway in a leaked world events list, showing a main road course plus a drag strip with grandstands. A separate August 2026 leak reportedly showed a fuller layout, with corners fans have compared to Sebring International Raceway, Gainesville Raceway, Laguna Seca, the Nurburgring, Monza, Suzuka, Istanbul Park and Le Mans. None of that comparison list is confirmed by Rockstar.

What the CyberLeek leaks showed inside Port Gellhorn

Separate from anything Rockstar has published, the CyberLeek leaks that began hitting Discord and Reddit on August 18, 2026 spent several clips inside Port Gellhorn. We cover who CyberLeek is and the memecoin around the leaks in a dedicated post; this section stays on what the clips showed happening in this specific town. We are not linking to or hosting any of the footage described below. Kotaku, reporting on August 22, 2026, described a seventh leaked clip in which Jason robs convenience stores, wrecks a car on a bridge in slow motion, and takes a few steps inside a strip club, with the game showing a gas station fill up costing $32 against a $2,429 repair bill. All Things How, which compiled all of the clips released through August 25, 2026, names the strip club as Delights specifically, the same location Rockstar's own Extended Look briefly showed: clip eight went further inside than Rockstar has, with working NPCs and a restroom cutscene, clip nine showed a vehicle theft quick time event at a gas station along with the game's first Wasted screen and a Return to Lucia objective, and clip eleven showed a nudist beach area near the town with a shootout. None of this has been confirmed or acknowledged by Rockstar, and the build the leaks reportedly came from predates whatever ships at launch.

What we still do not know

Rockstar has not published a labeled map of Port Gellhorn's streets, so the county name Kelly County, the raceway's full layout and points of interest like a police station or train station that surfaced in the 2022 debug leak remain unconfirmed reports, not official geography. Whether the leaked Delights and gas station footage matches what actually ships in November has not been addressed by Rockstar either. Trackers disagree on how old the leaked build even is, with some early analysis calling it at least a year old and CyberLeek itself claiming the build is recent, so treat anything in it as subject to being reworked or cut before launch either way. The August 27, 2026 Extended Look answered one open question: it showed real wheel to wheel racing at the raceway, with a working lap counter, timer and position tracker on screen, so the track is drivable content rather than set dressing glimpsed once in a trailer. What Rockstar has not said is whether the leaked full layout, including the corner comparisons to real world circuits, matches what ships in November, or how the town connects to the main story beyond housing one of Jason and Lucia's safehouses. Until Rockstar says more, treat that leak driven layout as unconfirmed even though the raceway itself, and racing there, is now confirmed.

FAQ

What is Port Gellhorn in GTA 6?

Port Gellhorn is one of six named regions of GTA 6's Leonida, a declining resort town on the state's west coast that Rockstar's own marketing calls "Leonida's forgotten coast."

Is Port Gellhorn based on a real place?

Yes. Rockstar modeled it on Panama City, Florida, and neighboring Bay County towns including Parker, Callaway and Springfield. One in-game liquor store is even built from a real Callaway strip mall storefront that Hurricane Michael destroyed in 2018.

What is Gellhorn International Raceway?

It is a racing venue Rockstar has confirmed exists, shown through Lucia's merchandise in the second trailer and racing gameplay in the Extended Look. Its full layout has not been published by Rockstar and comes only from 2022 and 2026 leaks.

Is the leaked Delights strip club footage confirmed by Rockstar?

Partly. Rockstar's own Extended Look briefly showed a bartender inside Delights, but the more detailed interior footage, the nearby gas station and a nudist beach area came from the unofficial CyberLeek leaks in August 2026, which Rockstar has never acknowledged.
