Rivals codes for September 2026: FREE197 and COMMUNITY25 replace six that just expired
As of September 9, 2026, five Rivals codes redeem for a real reward: FREE197 (3 Keys), COMMUNITY25 (1 Community Wrap), BONUS (1 Key), BOOST (1 Key) and roblox_rtc (5 Keys), per Beebom's September 8 check. FREE197 and COMMUNITY25 are new since Update 22 went live on September 4, and six codes that worked as recently as August 30, CANNONBALLLLL, IMMELTINGHELP, FREE195, COCONUTBONK, RIVALSSUMMER and COMMUNITY24, have since expired, even though several other trackers still list some of them as active.

The 5 codes that work right now
As of September 9, 2026, Beebom's own check from the day before, September 8, lists five Rivals codes that redeem for a real reward. FREE197 gives 3 Keys and is the newest addition. COMMUNITY25 gives 1 Community Wrap, a random weapon skin, and is also new. BONUS and BOOST each give 1 Key, and roblox_rtc gives 5 Keys, three codes that have stuck around across multiple months of tracker checks without expiring. There is also ELBILLUG, which Beebom, TheSpike and AllThingsHow all still list as redeemable. It is a joke code, GULLIBLE spelled backwards, and it gives nothing. It still verifies and clears the redemption box, it just doesn't hand out a reward, so don't count it toward the five that actually pay out.
FREE197 and COMMUNITY25 arrived within days of Update 22
Rivals' Update 22 went live at 9 p.m. ET on September 4, 2026, adding the Wildcat SMG and a reworked ranked mode. Beebom flagged both FREE197 and COMMUNITY25 as new in its September 8 check, four days after the update shipped, which lines up with how Rivals has historically timed its codes: new codes usually arrive tied to updates and milestones. Nosniy Games has not posted a dedicated announcement naming either code specifically, so the update-timing connection is circumstantial rather than confirmed by the studio itself.
Six codes expired around the same time
PCGamesN's snapshot from August 30, five days before Update 22, listed CANNONBALLLLL (5 goodie bags), IMMELTINGHELP (keys), FREE195 (keys), COCONUTBONK (250 Pearls), RIVALSSUMMER (three Tropical Chests) and COMMUNITY24 (a Community Wrap) as active. By Beebom's September 8 check, five of those six, CANNONBALLLLL, IMMELTINGHELP, COCONUTBONK, RIVALSSUMMER and COMMUNITY24, had moved explicitly to the expired list. FREE195 doesn't appear on Beebom's page at all anymore, active or expired, so it has dropped off the list rather than being confirmed expired by name. That is still a clean changeover: two new codes in, six old ones gone from the active list, inside the same week as a major content update.
One tracker says it verified everything a minute ago, and its list disagrees with itself
AllThingsHow's Rivals codes page was timestamped "Last verified 1 minute ago, Sep 9, 2026" when we checked it, the same day as Beebom's check. Its active table still listed FREE196, FREE195, CANNONBALLLLL and IMMELTINGHELP as live rewards, the exact codes Beebom had already moved to expired the day before. A same-day "just verified" timestamp on a page still showing codes another tracker confirmed dead the day before is a sign the timestamp updates automatically and isn't tied to an actual recheck of every code on the page.
A second tracker gets COMMUNITY25 backwards
Roblox Den's page, timestamped "Today at 03:04PM (09/09/2026)," filed COMMUNITY25 into its list of 193 expired codes, while its active table still carried COCONUTBONK, CANNONBALLLLL, RIVALSSUMMER, IMMELTINGHELP and COMMUNITY24. That is the opposite of what Beebom, TheSpike and AllThingsHow all report: all three list COMMUNITY25 as active and working, though only Beebom and TheSpike tag it new, AllThingsHow lists it without the new badge. Whatever generated Roblox Den's list that day, it disagrees with every other same-week tracker on whether the single newest code in the game even works.
How to redeem, and the two follows people skip
Open Rivals, tap Shop at the bottom of the screen, then Rewards in the top right. Before a code will verify, you need to be following two separate things: the Nosniy Games group on Roblox (Beebom also names SenseiWarrior's individual Roblox profile as a second follow requirement) and the developer accounts on X. Trackers don't fully agree on the X handles: Beebom and AllThingsHow both list the second account as @Sensei_RBX, but they disagree on the first, Beebom gives @NosniyRBLX where AllThingsHow gives @NosniyGames. Use the links inside Rivals itself rather than typing a handle from a code guide. Once you've followed both, enter your Roblox username in the box and tap Redeem to verify it, then type the code exactly as shown and tap Redeem again.
How big Rivals actually is
Rolimon's live tracker showed 151,099 concurrent players and just over 18 billion total visits, 18,001,801,543, when we checked on September 9, 2026. That is the scale behind a five-code list: Rivals is one of the bigger shooters on Roblox, which is exactly why its code rotation gets checked daily instead of left stale.
What is still unknown
Nosniy Games has not confirmed that FREE197 and COMMUNITY25 were released specifically to mark Update 22, only the timing suggests it. Whether FREE196 is genuinely dead or was simply dropped from Beebom's list by mistake is unresolved, since four other trackers checked on or after September 5, Pocket Gamer, TheSpike, AllThingsHow and Roblox Den, still list it as active. And neither Roblox Den's expired listing for COMMUNITY25 nor AllThingsHow's stale-looking "1 minute ago" timestamp has an explanation on either site, so treat both pages' Rivals lists as the least reliable of the ones checked for this piece until they catch up.
