Check your level first
Ranked will not open at all below level 100. If you are under that, the lock is expected, keep playing casual modes and completing daily quests to level up faster, then come back.
Verify your Roblox account
If you are level 100 and still locked out, your Roblox account almost certainly is not trusted yet. You can fix this by verifying the email on the account, completing phone verification, and finishing the ID or age check in Roblox settings. The party member issue
If Rivals says a party member is not trusted, the block is coming from whoever you queued with, not you. Queue for ranked solo once to confirm your own account is clear before changing any settings.
