Open Anime Vanguards, tap the Profile button on the right side of the screen, open the Codes tab, and type in a code exactly as written. Working codes hand you gems, trait rerolls or memoria shards the moment you hit redeem.

Where the code box actually is
The redeem menu now lives inside your Profile, not the old Settings gear icon. Tap Profile on the right side of the screen, then tap Codes on the left side of that menu. Paste your code into the box and press redeem. Codes are case sensitive, so copy and paste them instead of retyping, one wrong capital letter is enough to make a working code fail.
