How to Get Alocard in Anime Vanguards
Alocard is a Secret unit pulled from the Hercool NPC's Standard Banner once you hit level 10, and the odds are brutal: a 0.004 percent chance, about 1 in 25,000 summons. Luck potions will not help, Secret units ignore them completely.

Where Alocard comes from
Alocard is a Secret rarity unit inspired by Alucard from Hellsing. You get him by interacting with the Hercool NPC in the lobby and pressing Summon 1x or Summon 10x on the Standard Banner. Each summon costs 50 gems, or 40 gems if you own the VIP Pass. You need to be at least level 10, Secret units are not available in summons before that.
The odds are rough
Beebom's guide puts Alocard's summon chance at 0.004 percent, or roughly 1 in 25,000 pulls. Luck potions, which normally boost your odds at rarer drops, do not affect Secret units at all, so there is no shortcut here beyond saving gems and pulling as many times as you can afford.
Evolving him into Vampire King
Once you own Alocard, you can evolve him into his stronger form, Vampire King, using 1 Hellsing Arms, 35 Green Essence Stones, 13 each of Yellow, Purple and Red Essence Stones, 2 Rainbow Essence Stones, and 30,000 in game coins. The upgrade is a real jump: damage rises from about 1.37k to 1.95k, attack speed improves from 7.4 seconds to 6.5 seconds, and range extends from 32.8 to 38.6.
