Level 50 unlocks trading
Trading was added in Update 9.0 and is locked behind level 50. Once you hit that level, tap the trade icon on the right side of your screen to open the Trade Panel, then pick another player in your server to start an exchange.
What you can and can't trade
You can trade any unit that is currently unobtainable through banners, stages or the battle pass, including shiny variants, but only its level, stats and accession carry over. Traits, pity progress and skins do not transfer with a traded unit. Skins, trait rerolls (except ones from paid bundles), giftable bundles, game passes and battle passes can all be traded too. The one hard exception is Vanguard Familiars, which cannot be traded at all.
Don't get scammed
Before you confirm anything, check the value of both sides with an online calculator, never trust a verbal promise. If a bundle is part of the deal, tap it inside the trade window to inspect what is actually included. Trade in private or low population servers when you can, and look for legitimate trading partners through the game's official Discord rather than random server chat. Once a trade is confirmed it cannot be undone, so slow down and double check everything first.
