Fans have pored over every frame of the trailers and screenshots and flagged several new or returning mechanics:
Fitness and bodybuilding: players noticed Jason looking more muscular in some shots and slimmer in others, pointing to a physique that changes based on activity, like San Andreas.
Natural hair growth: hair appears to grow over time, hinting you may need haircuts.
